 Professional Diploma in Hospitality Managements

 This 2 years programme prepares students for employment in the health and social care industry as nursing assistants. Programme combines 1 year of tuition and 1 year of paid work experience in a care home as a nursing assistance. During of work experience period students can expect to earn about £10,000. Students should be healthy, tactful, patient, understanding, dependable, and have a desire to help people. They should also be able to work as part of a team and have good communication skills. Nursing assistants may be employed in hospitals, in private duty, in assisted-living facilities, hospices, home health areas, or nursing homes

Entry requirements: 4 GCSEs or national equivalent or NVQ Level 1 in Health and Social Care. English Language level is also required equivalent to a grade of 5.5 in the British Council IELTS exam. For mature students, relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to academic qualifications.
